We’re a lot like you. We also care about taking care of our beards and our hair. But in autumn 2014 we realised something: there were no products that met some conditions that were basic for us.

The use of artisan formulas, as well as the promotion of the local economy, were values that we did not find in barber shop products. We analysed the market and came to the conclusion that we were not the only ones who demanded that extra quality. Hey Joe was starting to take shape.

Steve Jobs once said “why join the navy when you can be a pirate?” So that’s what we did. With the same amount of effort and enthusiasm, we decided to take on this new challenge: to manufacture our own barber products made 100% in Spain and with our own formulas.

One of our first decisions was to incorporate Joe, totem and image of the project, to the team. This crocodile symbolizes the patience and dedication we apply to each balm, oil or shampoo. Because we want everything to be of the highest quality and for you to notice it.

Today, thanks to all that patience, work and dedication, we have our own team, formulas and factory that guarantee the quality that we, as customers, demand. In 2015 Hey Joe was elected best brand in the awards organized by the professional portal Barberías con Encanto. In 2016 it was elected brand of the year of the Spanish barbershop.

We have also appeared in numerous publications both professional and general. And we are very proud of it. We have achieved this because we are demanding with our work, as much as you are with your beard, moustache and hair products. Don’t ever stop being demanding.
